$150 AMAZON.COM GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by SAS Confluent Digital, Espace Wojo – Immeuble Silex, 15 rue des Cuirassiers, 69003 Lyon, France (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is conducted as an advertising and promotional undertaking intended to promote Sponsor’s online and digital services and the top-sweepstakes website.
For purposes of Washington State law, the Sweepstakes is intended to constitute a promotional contest of chance conducted by a commercial business pursuant to RCW 9.46.0356, with prize and chance but without consideration.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and persons directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, together with members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 14, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s designated computer system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes website and complete and submit the online entry form as instructed.
No purchase, payment or marketing consent is required to enter or win.
Marketing choices presented in connection with the Sweepstakes are optional and do not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Use of multiple email addresses, identities, automated systems, scripts, bots or other methods intended to obtain additional entries is prohibited.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize Commitment
No minimum number of eligible entries above one (1) is required for the Prize to be awarded.
If at least one (1) eligible entry is received, the Prize will be awarded, subject to winner verification.
If no eligible entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, no drawing will be conducted.
6. Random Drawing
On September 18, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will use a documented random-selection process designed to provide each eligible entry with an equal opportunity of being selected.
The winner does not need to be present for the drawing.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) Amazon.com Gift Card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD $150. Total ARV of all prizes: USD $150.
The gift card is subject to the applicable issuer terms and conditions.
No cash alternative or transfer is permitted except where required by law.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the winning entry.
Initial notification will be sent no later than September 22, 2027.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after notification.
Sponsor may request reasonable documentation necessary to verify identity, age, residence and eligibility.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, declines the Prize, provided materially inaccurate information or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may identify the winner for purposes reasonably necessary to announce or document the result of the Sweepstakes.
Unless separately agreed otherwise, public winner information will be limited to information reasonably necessary for this purpose, such as first name, last-name initial, city and state.
12. Winner List
Requests for the winner’s name may be sent within ninety (90) days after the Sweepstakes ends to: “$150 Amazon.com Gift Card Sweepstakes — Winner List”, SAS Confluent Digital, Espace Wojo – Immeuble Silex, 15 rue des Cuirassiers, 69003 Lyon, France.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sweepstakes Privacy Notice – United States.
Sweepstakes participation does not automatically enroll entrants in marketing communications.
14. Integrity of the Sweepstakes
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who reasonably appears to have attempted to manipulate the entry process, circumvent entry limits, use automated entry methods, engage in fraud or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective measures permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section permits Sponsor to cancel the Sweepstakes solely because fewer entries were received than anticipated.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for losses arising solely from circumstances outside their reasonable control in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. General Conditions
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
